British citizenship

Post by legend786 » Sat Jan 03, 2015 12:13 am

Hi, I wonder if somebody could answer my questions please regarding british citizenship and sorry if i am posting it in a wrong thread.
Got ILR last year on 10 years basis and Soon i am going to apply for naturalisation but in partner's section i need to write down all the details regarding my partner's address d.o.b etc. thing is, we are separated and not living together anymore and we are not legally divorced as yet and i don't know if i should write down details regarding my partner or should i sort out my divorce first and i can get all relevant details from my partner anyway. now! will the case worker access the addresses because we both lives on different addresses and in different cities and can ask me to provide my partner's proof of address etc. and she is unemployed at the moment!
Many thanks in advance

It may be insignificant, if your wife is not British.

You are not applying as a spouse of BC so I don't think you should worry as much. I suggest you put down the details as they are.
I am sometimes wrong.
