Disabled Parents visa to UK - Urgent help pls

Hello All,

I am on ICT Tier 2 visa and my wife is on dependant visa, I came to UK last year 2014 March, My mother in law is physically disabled and is a widow aged 61yrs, we brought her to UK last year on visitors visa ,when my wife came to stay with me, as my mother in law is physically disabled we cant let leave her alone in india as she needs help in day to day activities.

Mother in law was in UK for 6 months and left UK in DEC 14, we want to bring her back as i still have a one years project left.
My wife's family consist of elder sister and her mother only, elder sister is also in UK on dependant visa.

Kindly let us know if we can re apply for a long term general visitor visa now in Jan 15 , will she be allowed to enter UK in Jan 15 if visa is granted.
