I am a non-eu Spouse of an European citizen, I got married 3 years before in an EU member state. I had been issued RC of that country after interview and home visits.
Last year in moved in England, and i apply for RC here..., We called for interview and i think it was fine, about 80% was accurate.
Things were well till then, but we had a quarrel and we get separate now.
I want to know, is there any possibility that UKBA will come for a home visit?? or if we tell them straight away that we are separate now... what will be the output??
Our marriage was never fake/sham..., we are not planning for a divorce yet. Both of us need some time to sort out the things.
Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated
