EC got refused.

Hi,

My EC got refused stating that I didn't have enough money to support myself in UK.
but, I have enough money in stocks. I have sold all of them and deposited in my bank.

Please let me know whether I can re-aplly immediately.

Also, As I am married I have to give reasons for not accompanied by them in my migration.
But, my plan is to get them in UK once I am settled there.. which may take 2 or 3 months..
Also I have a baby girl who is only 6 months old.. I want them to be in till my child is 1 year old.. Please share your opinions in this regard also...

Can you provide the exact text of reason for refusal?
Did they also pointed out that you are not taking your family?

In the cover letter did you mentioned source of funds .

I do not have the RC letter with me right now as I am in my office. I will post the exact text tonight.

No, I didnt mentioned source of funds in any form. thats my mistake.

They have not pointed out that I am not taking my family. But, I saw in some post that somebody''s EC got refused stating that reason. Thats why I wanted to know how to satisfy ECO in this regard.

Yeah exact text will help you identify the missing story.

U can reapply but I would suggest spend some time to understand what all possible were weak areas(missing docs) in your application and then go for 2nd chance.Like atleast one which you have found yourself.

Regarding family-You shd mention the reason why you are initially applying only for self and hope that would suffice. U can say later when u find job/acco in UK , will apply for them.
