Hi
Please can someone help me with this question.
I will be applying for ILR shortly via PEO.
My ILR case is that I got my Tier 2 ICT visa on 13 March 2010. I continued on that visa for one year before switching to Tier 1 General visa on March 29, 2011
Based on this, I am applying for my ILR
1 year - Tier 2 ICT visa (March 2010 to March 2011)
4 years - Tier 1 General (March 2011 to March 2015)
I was filling the form for the ILR application and have come across section 11L in the form.
If you are applying for indefinite leave to remain on completing five years’ continuous stay in the UK made up of leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant and leave as a highly skilled migrant, work permit holder, innovator, self-employed lawyer or writer, composer or artist, in addition to the relevant documents in 11A, you must provide the following documents:
For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules.
I am not sure what documents do I need to show for the period before the Tier 1 visa?
Has anyone applied for ILR using a combination of visas?
