Please Help---Previous Earnings Evidence

Post by Amb_HSMP » Wed Aug 15, 2007 4:43 pm

Dear All,

I am applying HSMP with 9 month of salary (1st Oct'06-30th Jun'07).I am providing the following evidence

1. Original Payslips(Required evidence) & Tax return for 3 months(oct-Dec 06)

2. Original Bank statements for nine months (Exceptional evidence)

My query is that Since my Tax return is covering only a part of claim period,Should I choose it in the required Evidence section Q.33 of HSMP Form??.

OR,Should I choose one reuired evidence (Original payslip) and one exceptional evidence (Bank statement) and attach tax return document without selecting it in the evidence.

Please help

Hi,

It is clearly in the HSMP Guidance - 12 months payslip and bank statements. Please, follow the guidance strictly and provide required evidence. If it's not up to 12 months due to natural disasters, then don't make the move at all. You should wait till you have the 12 months records and apply. Success!!!
