MN1 form help

Hello
I'm applying for my 2 children at the same time for mn1 as I have recently got my ilr. My both children are born in uk.
Plz can u advise me.do I have to pay 669 each for both.. That means 669+669
Plz advise.

Yes, it is a separate fee and a separate form for each child. Fees go up in April.
