Durable relationship proof

Hello guys,
Can you pls advice on the requirement for durable relationship proofs.
I have the following documents ready, would they be enough to prove our relationship.
Tenancy agreement (26 months)
Joint bank statement (10 months)
Electric/gas bills (8 months)
Lots of pictures from the start of relationship.

I know that there is no specific set of documents that can get you approval, i only want to know how others members who applied for eea2 visa prepared their case so get an idea to prepare my file.
