HSMP Approved - Do new laws affect me ?

Post by vishal_t » Mon Aug 20, 2007 9:22 pm

Hi All,

I got my HSMP approved in August 2006 ...got it stamped in February 2007, but havnt entered UK yet - i shall be entering UK next month.

In the meanwhile, There have been some changes for score calculation and mandatory test for English language. Is there anything in the new rules that should effect my HSMP or entry in UK ?

cheers,

Presumably this means that you already have entry clearance in hand, as of Feb 2007, so the new regs will only apply to you in your FLR application roughly two years from the effective date of your entry clearance.

Assuming You have got EC, I Agree with gordon. If U have got your entry clearance than U do not need to worry but need to requlify once U seek extension after 2 years
