Can I apply for British Passport in June 2015 ?

Friends,
Need your guidance again to check if I am eligible to apply for British Citizenship.Below is a brief description on my stay in UK.

First entry in UK : November 2008
First exit from UK : Jan 2010
Second entry in UK : November 2010
Got ILR in June 2014

Can I apply for BC in June 2015 when I complete 1 year my stay on ILR in UK.
If I count 5 years backwards from June 2015 to June 2010 , I wasn't in UK in June 2010. Is it a valid criteria to apply for BC ?
I got a letter from my employer stating I was out of UK for official reasons from Jan 2010 to November 2010.

No it is not valid. If you were not physically present in the UK 5 years ago on the exact date HO receives your application, it will be refused. This includes absence due to work, holidays,etc.

You will only be eligible to apply for naturalisation as a British Citizen in November 2015
