Tier 1 - General spouse visa - dentist IELTS test mandatory?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a Tier 1 - General visa holder, and would like to bring my wife to the UK on dependent visa. She has done dentist degree (BDS, PG Certificate in Endodontics) in Bangalore, India. Both degrees were taught in English. So I would like to know, does she needs to take IELTS test and sufficient mark to apply for a dependent visa please?

I guess the qualifications are from Bangalore Uni. If yes, this is listed in PBS calculator and you would get more than 20 points for qualification nd 10 points for English Lang. Hence print out of PBS would suffice along with degree certificate.

Is Dentist considered Doctor and are there any separate rules for doctors in general- I'm not sure. This point has no relevance to qualification or Lang.
