Regarding Work Permit

Hi Folks, :)

I have come to the UK on a WP from an Indian company and been working here for 5 months now. Ofcourse, i am grossly underpaid and i seek to shift my company.
But, i understand that the WP is not transferrable and that i need to find a company that can sponsor for my work permit.

I am working as a Technical Consultant in SAP for more than 3 years now, and i seek for a job in the UK.

How easy is it to find companies that can sponsor me a Work Permit?

Or, is HSMP the only way out?

Please help me out with my queries. :)

What you are saying is technically right. There is nothing called WP transfer.

Need to file a new WP. But as you are already in UK and getting new WP should not be that problem because you are leaving one job (means create one job vacancy) and jumping into another. So it is not a potential job loss for any European or British. So it is easy.

Which area of SAP are you working now?
How many years of exp you have?
