Dear All

I need serious help please, i am self employed, my tax return is £21k net profit....

my april, may, june 2014 bank statements are not overdrawn is good....

However my July, August, Sep, Oct 2014 statements are very bad....its overdrawn and i have not been running the account from august 22 to end of oct, as i was away to sri-lanka to get married, however my November 14, December 14, January, Feb, March, April 2015 statements are solid, they are not overdrawn and in perfect order,

I need to know asap would my account being overdrawn effect my wifes spouse visa application or even being refused...

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP or has anyone submitted just their last six months bank statement for self employed and got accepted under the new immigration rules.

There is no six month option for self employment.
Your bank statements must be from the same 12 month period of any tax returns you include in your application. This could be over the last financial year or last 2 years.
