British Citizenship

Post by micz8 » Wed Apr 22, 2015 2:49 am

Hi
Could anyone guide me regarding:
I was on Tier 1 General
My wife was on Tier 1 General Dependent
Both of us got ILR in March 2015
In august 2015 my wife will be 3 years since she first entered UK
Can she apply for British Citizenship in August 2015 as she has been in the UK for 3 years?

As soon as you have been granted British Citizenship, assuming she will have completed 3 years of residence in the UK. Or after 5 years of residence if you haven't received BC by then.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
