Passport interview result

After passport interview, How soon we can find out the result, is there any quick way to find out the result of the interview before passport arrives/not arrives. I am bit worried about my interview and my answers.

When was your interview and what is your concern about?

What did the person say at the end of the interview?

It usually takes a few days and the British passport is delivered?
