urgent spouse visa - toeic issue

I am British citizenship. My husband currently holds spouse visa. He was switched from Tier 4 student last year.
We received a letter told him go to Reporting centre. We were very shocked. And told by an officer his visa has been cancelled due to provided false document. And didn't mention which one was the false document that he provided. We rang home office also reporting centre many times, but didn't get any answer back. I wrote an email to my local MP and my local MP contacted with home office. Home office said there's no record of my husband's spouse visa application. My husband also told by an officer from reporting centre theres no record of spouse visa through. But my husband was granted his visa from Solihll premium service centre last August and we still holding all the documents. And we are just came back from our holiday, he used his biometric card for leave and enter on March. It is so ridiculous what's is the meaning of no record of FLR M application? And the local MP told me the reason why his visa has been revoked was caused by he submitted toeic on his previous student visa application. My local MP said we need get a solicitor to challenge this case. My husband done his toeic on 2011 and that certificate expired on 2013. He used that certificate on 2013 for renew his student visa. But He applied his spouse visa was by Trinity A1 last year. As far as I know, his student visa has been revoked but I'm not sure about his spouse visa. When my husband applied his spouse visa by person, the officer didn't asking about his previously application also when my husband came back from holiday, no one ask any questioners on the airport.
I'm very scared about current situation. We met each other on 2009 at ghe college, married last year and planning for our first baby. We bought a house, the just moved in last months. Everything just get started, I can't imagine what will happen next. I am worried about toeic, as far as I knew anybody who submitted with toeic either genuine or by proxy, the case is put on hold, and can't see any successful case at the moment. Any one could suggest what is the best way we can do?
