Could you please guide me what should I do in the following situation:
My wife came here two years ago on Tier 1 Dependant visa and we have two British Children. I am on ILR(10yrs).
For the first 9 months my wife only has NHS letters but later she opened her bank account and I got her name added in the utility bill as well. To cover the first 9 months, I got letter from my letting agent confirming that we both are living in that property since may 2013. Do u think these two letters (letting agent and NHS three letters) can cover the first 9 months. Also should I attached the NHS Maternity exemption letter or is it going to cause any problem?
From my side I have enough letters to proof that I am living there since last 2 years.
