B1 CEFR Still valid

Hi All,

Please anyone can reply,I got my indefinite stay in May 2014,I passed the B1 CEFR English test from trinity college London in November 2013 and used this certificate for ILR,my question is can I use the same certificate for my naturalisation,there is no expiry date on certificate.

3. Approved English language qualifications

You can prove your knowledge of English by having an English level B1, B2, C1 or C2 level qualification that’s one of the following:

an ESOL qualification at Entry 3 or higher (eg Level 1 or 2) on the Ofqual register taken in England, Wales or Northern Ireland
an ESOL qualification at Scottish Qualifications Framework levels 4, 5 or 6 awarded by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) and taken in Scotland
on one of the Home Office’s lists of recognised English tests and qualifications - look at the newer list if you’re applying on or after 6 April 2015

After November 2015, only qualifications on the Home Office’s list of recognised qualifications will be accepted as proof for settlement and citizenship applications.

Anyone who has taken a previously approved test on or before 5 April 2015 may still use it in a UK immigration application until 5 November 2015 providing the test is one of those detailed in the transitional approved tests list.

Should be ok if your Trinity certificate is one of these.
