This is not relevant if the person travels AFTER submitting his application, which is the case of the person asking.by mavdi » Mon Jun 15, 2015 2:59 pm
Stick to the rules, make sure it doesn't add up to 90 days in 12 months
Your ILR remains valid so you can enter the UK with your foreign passport and BRP without any problems. You are only British once you attend your ceremony, so no issues using ILR while you have a pending application for citizenship.Nitro wrote:Finally, someone with Flashing Green Light
Thanks CR001. I will have my mate who shall look after my posts etc on my absence. Will I be having any issues travelling back on ILR at the airport? I mean I have travelled number of times on ILR with no issues but as my naturalisation application will be in process, is there anything I need to consider whilst coming back due to this ?
Travelling abroad after submitting your naturalization is not an issue. I travelled twice after submitting my application and there wasn't any issue. Yes you need to arrange some one to keep an eye on your posts in your absenceCR001 wrote:Your ILR remains valid so you can enter the UK with your foreign passport and BRP without any problems.
