9 years completed. ilr ?

hi all,
i have completed 9 years in the UK. just wanted to know if i can apply for ILR ?
i have flro application pending with HO, undone biometrics.
had to apply for flr0 as UT refused my appeal in jan-15.
please help.

When does your 10 years elapse?

If your application is refused before 10 years, then it will be the end of the road i am afraid, unless your appeal is not certified under Section 94(3).

hi forum members..

I am bit worried about what is happening and what are the chances of being successful completing 10 years.
I will really appreciate your suggestions.

OP should note that these types of behaviour could have consequences.

You should desist from opening many thread, the time that could be spent helping other is diverted to deleting these duplicate and unnecessary posts.
