Russian Parent Visa Visit UK Citizen

If anyone can point me in th right direction for the process, costs, timescales etc for obtainiing a Visa for my partners Russian mother this would be very much appreciated.

My partners mother is a Russian citizen with a biometric international passport and lives in Khabarovsk.

My partner is a UK Citizen.

We would like to bring the mother to the UK for up to 6 months to care for her daughter post surgery.

I will be sponsoring the trip and will be paying for all flights, Visa costs and maintenance of the mother during her stay here.

The mother will definitely be returning to Russia within 6 months of arriving as she has a job, Pension and home in Russia.
