Second time extension FLR (M) - further leave to remain

Post by cvsmart » Sun Jul 26, 2015 10:35 pm

Dear All forum members8

My current spouse visa of 2.5 yrs will expire in september 2015 so I am going to apply for second time extension for 2.5 yrs under family route 5 yrs.I have a few questions and i will be really greatful if some of you guys can help me.

1. I am not sure if i have to provide evidence for english language requirement again for this application. In my first extension application i had included original qualification certis. and transcripts but i am sure that i had not included any NARIC certificate.

2. I am working as a Scientist and earning 30K.Do i need to show my wife's income as well or it is enough to include only my pay slips and statements to fulfill financial requirement of 18600 per yr.

I will be really thankful if you guys can respond quickly.

Thanks in advance.

1. Submit the same language qualifications as you submitted in the first FLR(M) application.

2. Evidence of your income alone will be sufficient.

Ensure you submit 6 pieces of evidence showing co-habitation in joint names from at least 3 different sources. As a guide, a document every 4 months throughout the 2.5 year period. If you don't have any documents in joint names, submit 12 in single names.

Thanks Casa for the reply.

I have ask my council and also to affinity water to add my wife's name in the account. They will generate a bill and will send it to me which i am thinking will be fine
In last two years i have change 2l3 homes. In previous two properties i was residing as a paying guest so i do not have any bills on joint name.My wife was pregnant at the time so i am thinking of using nhs letters as a proof. My wife got passport from passport office on the previous addresses so i am thinking of using those as well. Now the current property tenancy agreement where i am living is only on my name so i have asked my land lord for a letter in which he can say that we are living together. Also i had asked my previous landlords for the same letter.Hope this will be ok.

I will thankful if you can tell me if this is ok.Please give advice if you think i should add any more details in it.

Going back to requirement of english languag i don't have any NARIC certi. to include that in the application.I read in aome of the forum that we should include that in the applicatio so it has confused me.

Thanks for your reply again.
