Dependent Visa

Post by peoapplicant » Fri Aug 07, 2015 11:04 am

Hi,

I’ve applied for ILR on 17th July at PEO Croydon and was approved on the same day. However, before applying for ILR, I and my wife were on Tier 1 General and Tier 1 General dependent with a valid visa until 2018.

Since I got Indefinite Leave to Remain, does my wife need to switch her Tier 1 General Dependant to FLR or any other category? OR can she stay in her current Tier 1 General dependent category as the visa is valid until 2018. If she has to switch her category from Tier-1 general dependent, how soon she has to apply? Would she be having at least 2-3 months to clear her English Skills requirements?

It’d be of great help if someone can help with this query.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Under which route had you applied for settlement - PBS or long residence?
