Dear Members,
I came to UK on 6th June 2007 as student and never went back currently I am on tier2 and my employer is surrendering his license due to some reasons and now I have been here for 8 years and 2 months I don't have any job offer and any other option could you please assist me what's the best route to complete my ten years as there isn't any appeal option any more..Can I go for private life case and would I get appeal right if I got refused?
