£18600 help needed plzz

hi, very sad as my spouse visa refused recently, on finance reason, as i didnt provide right documents,

i am planing to reapply visa next month sep2015 and i need ur help and advice about this.I am working for a big security company and i do 40hrs per week.I am working for this company for more than 5 years and they pay me every month.I am still employed of this security company.
i am also director of my own limited company, so i will on basis of my earning from my security job and from dividend on my own limited comapny.

So here is my sitauion and i seek ur advice ,should i reapply or not?

I am filing my own limited company tax return from feb2014 to jan2015 next week
Total dividend earning in this time period is £2500

i calculated my salary from my security job from feb2014 till jan 2015 which is total £16400
so grand total of earnig is £18900
Here are my documents list for financial requrement

12 month salary slips from my security job from feb2014 till jan 2015
personal bank statement showing salary credited from feb2014 till jan 2015
My employes letter stating i am working for them more than 5 years

Dividend voucher from my accountant of £2500 coving period from feb2014 till jan 2015
current appointment report of my limited company
certificate of incorporation of my own limited company
CT600 from feb2014 till jan 2015
Business bank statement from feb2014 till jan 2015
personal bank stattement showing dividend is being transfered from feb2014 till jan 2015
SA 302 from of last 3 years

so i will claim total earning of £18900

please advice me ,

should i provide most recent salary slips of my security job(march 2015-august2015) or i shoud provide 12 month salary slips from feb2014-jan2015 same as my limited company financial year period?
Am i fulfilling financial requrement ?
Am i using right time period which is from feb2014 till jan 2015

please help me i am very confused about time periods of my earning

1. I would say you have to provide last 1 financial year (feb2014-jan2015) limited company documents + plus your security job payslips (Feb2014 - Aug2015)

2. Yes

3. To be on safer side, you can also provide previous financial year (Feb2013 - Jan2014) documents from your limited company if you have any..

one more thing FM-SE says u must also provide onging proof that u r still director of comapny ,like showing ur salary as a director or dividend received, should that be just on bank satments showing dividend coming even after ending of financial year feb2014-jan2015 or this must also b confirmed by accountant letter? tahnxx in advance

I don't think that there is any seperate evidence to prove this, as already existing documents like payslips, dividend vouchers, bank statements, invoices, current report from companieshouse, accountant letter, SA 302/300's should prove this.
