Query regarding HO address - where to send the courier?

Hi,

I have one confusion. In the application form on page 15 , I saw following quote:

"Finally, please make sure that the application is addressed correctly i.e.
Work Permits (UK) HSMP
PO Box 3975
Sheffield
S1 9BL"

I am applying in next week and want to determine the correct address , where I should send my application. Does the above quote mean that I should send my application there? I have seen many people in this forum mentioning that they are sending applications to Following address and getting approval successfully:
Border and Immigration Agency
7th floor
Fountain Precinct
Balm Green
Sheffield
S1 2JA

Moreover the guidance notes also states on page 24 that courier applications should be sent to
Border and Immigration Agency
7th floor
Fountain Precinct
Balm Green
Sheffield
S1 2JA

I am applying for HSMP for the first time. So in my case where should I send my application(to which address)?
