Father ILR, Mother and Child PBS Dependant Tier2

Hi,

I live in the UK on ILR visa (originally came to the UK under Tier 2 ICT visa and completed 5 years) got ILR on March 2015, my wife and daughter holds PBS Dependant Leave to Remain (Originally came to the UK as Tier 2 PBS dependant 2011 till 2013 and again apply visa June 2013 to till 2014 Aug PBS Dependant and they were in UK . They went back to India on emergency and apply visa BS Dependant from India on Nov 2104 and valid till sep 2015 still they are in India )

Please can you tell me what type of visa need to apply both the Dependent from India to come to UK ?

They may return prior to expiry of entry clearances. If their continuous leave is unbroken, then they may apply for SET(O) in the UK before expiry of leave.

Else, they may apply for settlement visas. Their qualifying period for SET(M) would be reset.

Anyhow My wife & Kid are not eligible to apply for SET O because they are outside UK more than 365 days.

If I apply settlement visa from India how long It will take and what is the document required and which application need to apply.
