British citizen applying as Dependant for under 18 brother

I join my father in UK and get British passport. Now i am 20 and working full time in UK. Can i sponsor my brother who is under 18 and living in Pakistan as Pakistan national to stay with us as permanent? My father is not working full time but we are live on same address. My brother living with my mother in Pakistan with my other brother and sister. We all arrive in UK in 2004 with my father and expect me and my father all other travel back Pakistan in 2008, my father on work permit and we are on joining father visa.

Kindly advise me because my brother going to 18 in January 2016.

No. Your father might be able to, but you would not... He would have to prove sole responsibility, which would be impossible as your brother lives with his other parent.
