Spouse visa financial requirement form

Hi all... Without wanting to go into too much detail, my wife and I are trying to understand a question on document:

APPENDIX 2 (VAF 4A DECEMBER 2013)
FINANCIAL REQUIREMENT FORM
(VAF4A-Appendix2.pdf)


On page 10, Part 3D, question 3.61 asks about "Additional sources of income".

I have a house that I rent out (it helps to pay for where I am living in somewhere else). Part 'c' of the answer to that question asks for "Account/Reference Details".

Can anyone explain what this is? What does that mean? Not quite sure what it is asking for.

Have you declared this come for tax purposes? Reason I ask is cos UKVI is checking HMRC for anomalies and using them as excuses for denials...

Yes it is declared and am paying tax on the income from it
