Maintenance for FLR M

Dear All,
I got ILR in May 2015 based on 10 years long residence, now I am going to apply for my wife using FLR M route. I am stuck/confused with Section 7B - Maintenance on application form. Do I have to fill this whole section?

The form says like this below,

Section 7B - Maintenance
You only need to complete this section if:
(i) You qualify for an exemption from meeting the income threshold element of the financial
requirement.
(ii) You were granted leave to enter or remain as a partner under Chapter 8 of the Immigration
Rules following an application submitted before 9 July 2012.


Both conditions for completing this section doesn't apply as,
- I am not qualify for an exemption for meeting the income threshold, My salary is good enough to sponsor her.
- My wife came UK in September 2012 (got visa in July 2012) on PBS dependent (Tier2 PSW) and currently on PBS dependent (Tier 2 General).



Can any one please advice?
