Tire (Ent) Dependent 15 years old and working

Hello,
I am asking this question on behalf of my friend.

My friend is in UK on Tire 1 Ent. visa 200K route. His daughter is 15 years old at the moment. Currently, she is going to school. Can she work on Tire 1 Ent (dependent) visa? if So, how many hours. I know that she can get National Insurance Number when she is 16 and so far as working at the age of 15 years is concerned, one does not need NI number to get a job.

Obviously, he does not want any negative effect on his daughter visa when she applies with her father for extension in 2 years time.

Any answer would be helpful.
