Spouse visa application from Pakistan

Hi,

I am an ILR holder and going to apply for spouse visa for my wife, hopefully someone here would have answer
of following questions:

1- Can I apply for her visa here in UK?
2 - what documents do i need to prepare?
3- what english test my wife need to pass ? is it 'Life Skills A1' ?
4- Is there a way i can submit or verify my documents here in UK instead of sending to pakistan? I have heard there is some department in Sheffield where i can send my documents but don't know much about it

1- Can I apply for her visa here in UK?
No, she has to apply in her country of residence. Please see this link (clikc0 on what the process is for applications from Pakistan.

2 - what documents do i need to prepare?
Have a read through this link (click) and then if you have any questions, come back and ask. You can also do some research in this forum as there are many posts form people listing documents. Do you meat the financial requirement of minimum income of £18,600pa?

3- what english test my wife need to pass ? is it 'Life Skills A1' ?
She needs English A1, and it has to be done from the provider on the approved list, see Here, page 8 onwards (Click)

4- Is there a way i can submit or verify my documents here in UK instead of sending to pakistan? I have heard there is some department in Sheffield where i can send my documents but don't know much about it
You can provide copies (some need to be certified), please see my link in #1 above on the process
