Police caution given please help

Post by allanbre » Tue Sep 08, 2015 9:38 pm

Hi
I am a UK resident and have my African wife over here in UK on settlement visa. She has been here over a year.
Recently I (not her) got a caution by the police, will this effect the next application of the settlement visa in a year or so. I am hoping as it is me not her that has the caution it won't effect the application.
I am very concerned as I know the rules are very strict.
Many thanks in advance.
Allan

No, it should not affect her future applications.
