Dependents Visa Extension under Tier 2 Intra Company Transfe

Hello All

Can some please help me my wife visa extension issue for Premium Services. Please see the details below.
My wife is in the UK under PBS Tier 2 Intra Company Transfer Dependent visa since last 2.5 years. We need to extend her visa by mid of October 2015 by using Premium Services under similar category - Tier 2 Intra Company Transfer (up to 3 years leave).
But while booking for Premium Services we don't get an option for the above mention visa category and so cannot proceed with the application. Can some please help with this problem and let us know how this can be processed further.

Also I had contact with UK Home office customer care, unfortunately they have mixed answers and not helpful.
