hi,

15.07.15 visa application sent to Sheffield
16.07.15 biometric and passport submitted Lahore
24.08.15 UK visa Sheffield contacted us to send a prepaid envelope to them.
25.08.15 sent envelope to Sheffield
24.09.15 email received saying there has been a delay because our case is not 'straightforward'

Anyone else in the same situation....

from what I seen a feedback on this; YES
it seems like there is on overload on caseworkers!

hereby they are giving themselves more room/time
