TIER 1 ENTREPRENEUR 3RD PARTY BANK LETTER

Dear all, Please need some advice,

I am applying tier 1 entrepreneur as a team, through 3rd party investment.

for 3rd party investment my solicitor ask us to get letter from bank, which we tried every where but all the bank refused to give us one, the format which is required by HO.

what is the other best possibilities are, we are trying to open a business account in business name where me and my partner are directors of the business, and if funds been transferred to the business account , where that will be helpful to us, or if the funds been to transferred to our personal account each 100000 will it will be helpful to us,

any suggestion please, we applying inside the uk and funds been inside the uk in third party account.

Just a question regarding the 3rd party funding , is it okay if the funds are in the 3rd party account OR do they have to stay in your (applicant's) account? Also can you please share the format of the letter needed by the bank.
