need help with EEA! and EEA2

Hello to all experienced applicants and just those who are interested! looks like i need your help plz

I am a nonEu married to EU (Czech) guy. I am currently on family permit for 6 month. We are going to send to applications together for EEA1 and EEA2.
As far as i understand we need following proofs:

EEA1 - my husband has a worker registration scheme He has been here for 3 years. How does he proof he qualifies for residence? What particular documents does he need? There is a weird situation: he has lost his paysleeps for the last 3 years and his worker registration scheme original. To be precise they were left in the embassy by me back home when i applied. Not sure if i can get them back.

EEA2: proof of relationship e.g. marriage certificate
smth prooving we live together - letter from landlord is ok?
evidence that he is able to support me without the recourse to public funds ?!!! actually he was getting housing benefits not long ago. How does Home Office look at it? Also do i have to be working in UK now? i couldnt find a legal job and my visa expires end of november. My parents support me which i can show. Is that a problem?

Did I ommit smth?

Can i send our applications 2 weeks before my visa expires?

How do we send our applications? Both in 1 envelope?

Plz someone with experience help!
Also where could i get reliable information?

You need to contact the Embassy to get his documents back. However, if he cannot, then he must have recent payslips, P60, employer letter etc.

Proof of living together should be letters, bills etc, sent to the same address.
