EEA2: Giving notice of changed sponsor employment details

I'm planning to call the HO on Monday but thought I would make a first pass through the forum.

My EEA2 is currently pending at the HO since September. My husband is my sponsor and his employer has physically moved to a new location so the address designated in Section 12 of my EEA2 as filed is no longer accurate.

Does anyone have recommendations for advising the HO of this type of change? Should I have him send a letter to the HO with details of the new address or should I have the employer sign another Section 12 Declaration with the new address and send that new document to supplement my original EEA2 filing?

I've just phoned up the HO and the representative stated that a simple letter giving notice of employer's new address is sufficient.
