Unmarried Partner Visa

Post by gogh83 » Mon Nov 02, 2015 11:38 am

Hello.

I am preparing unmarried partner visa FLR(m) and have a few questions.
Could anyone can help me please?

1. I have just booked premium service and paid everythig already. Do I still need to fill up the payment part on the application form? Or leave it empty?

2. On the application form question 5.2 "When did you enter the UK?"
I came here 2008 as a tuorist stayed 3 months. Then in 2010 I came here with a student visa. After that I went back to Korea and came back with unmarried partner visa which I currently have.
I have no idea which one I have to write on the form.

3. I have never applied any visa in the UK. The question 1.13 asking me Home Office Reference Number. Does anyone konw what do I have to write?

4. Question 9.15 askeing me to provide the detail of British diplomatic post.
I applied my visa in Korea and I heard my documents were sent to Manila.
Do I have to write Manila visa centre something like?

Please help me.
Thank you.

1. Pay now, don't forget the NHS surcharge of £600.

2. I'd put 2010

3. We let that blank on ours

4. No idea.

1. Health surcharge is £500 for a 2.5 year FLR(M) extension and not £600

2. 2010 but you could add the student visa in the additional information section if you wish to.

3. Leave blank

4. You can put Korea/Manila
Char (CR001 not Casa)

Thank you guys.
It was very helpful. :o

Just still not sure of the question 5.2 "When did you enter they UK?"

I thought I am currently here with unmarriedd partner visa and it wasn't further leave to remain from my student visa. I got unmarried partner visa from Korea and came back here as an entry clearance (?).

I am applying further leave to remain visa under my current one so I guess I might need to put 2013 that is the year my unmarried partner visa was issued.
Does anyone have an idea?
