Advice needed for citizenship please

My wife she got entry 3 b1 level she will apply for citizenship on Monday she used the qualification for her ilr can she still use it for citizenship or she need new one? I heard that law change in this November ? Thank you very much for your help

Depends on which test she did and if it is on the transitional list, new list etc. The requirements change on the 12th.

what will be the option for anybody who did b1 english language and life in uk and got ilr on or after 28 October 2013
I think in updated citizenship booklet and form it's quite clear that they are exempted from English language and if just tick option of I met already english language and life in UK in settlement application after 28 October 2013 will be enough even after 12 November.
what is your take on this please reply
