The question about immigration healthcare surcharge

Hi Members,
My wife is going to apply for spouse visa from Pakistan. She has to pay healthcare surcharge ‘immigration health surcharge’ or IHS. Will she get this money back, if the visa application will be refused? Or this money will also be wasted along with the visa application fee?

any idea?

If her application is refused, she will get a refund of the health surcharge fee.
