IHS Refunded but granted stay

Is it possible for home office to revoke/ cancel visa after been granted.
I made a application in may 2015 as a parent of 2 British children
I had overstayed but went though a solicitor who won the case for me in August 2015. I had paid the ihs in June and got my leave to remain letter and biometric card in August. But i have just been looking at my online bank statement and there is a £500 returned to my account from the ihs now in Dec. I have been granted 30 month hence the £500 ihs.

Any info or is there anyone I need to contact or just leave it be.

We are in same boat as you. My husband z visa has been granted for 30 months in February 2018 but ihs were refunded 6 months ago.
