I am in desperate need of experts advice. This is Soniya currently living in India and my hubby has applied for UK Entrepreneur Visa in Feb 2013 from with in UK. But so far, he hasn't received any result on his visa application.
Sorry its a long post,but I really need to explain my situation so that I can get proper advice from any one here.Me and my hubby got married in UK while I was on student visa ( was doing PGDM from University) there but couldn`t register our marriage at that time, so we have our nikah certificate but our marriage is not registered yet. I came back to India in Dec 2012 and my hubby applied for his visa in Feb 2013.
During my stay in India, I tried for UK student visa so that I could join my hubby back in UK but UK Universities refused me admission on the basis of no study progression. My hubby also tried to withdraw his visa application but UK home office didn`t return the documents stating that " its a business partnership application so till the time his business partner doesn`t with draw his application until they cant return his documents too"
We have tried every possible way out to be together but UK home office is just not responding to his visa application so far. My hubby wrote letters to the caseworker, also sent him medical urgency documents of his ill father with all the medical reports along with the letter. Even he contacted his local MP to indulge in the case on his behalf and get any result from UK home office. But to no avail, we are completely stuck.
Please is there any1 out there who could possibly help us. We got married in Nov 2012 and I came to India in Dec 2012. I really need to be with my hubby somehow please help us.
