EEA (PR) application - Czech but never registered for WRS

Hi,

I'm Czech Republic national living in the UK since 2007. I've been employed since my arrival but unfortunately never registered with WRS (I wasn't aware and none of my employers never requested any certificate). Now I'm about to apply for my permanent residency certificate but unsure how would the missing WRS affect my application. I know that if I apply on or after 1st May it would be 5 years of residency in the UK but I don't know how to complete Section 9, Subsection B, Points 9.15 onwards.
