He is a failed asylum seeker and his partner is settled person in the uk . he is released on temporary admission with reporting everyweek . he stopped reporting after his JR failed . He formed a relationship with his partner and started living together . His partner has three children with a woman who got divorced four years back while he was serving in British Army . He is not in army anymore . the relationship is over a year and half now . They got utility bill together and photographs and living same house . His Partner is a selfemployed guy . I Seen many people bisexual or gay even they married due to social and community status . does his partner have three children does it affect applicants application , which application from the applicant must use ,Applicant passed his cambridge english test on level 4 . do applicant need to do the life in the uk exam . his partner use to get single parent allownace on council tax and child benifit is this going to reflect a negative on application . he has stopped council tax benifit now . applicant civil relationship not legal in india . is there anything he has do before apply for anything .
his partner has ltd company and trunover around 19000 its gradually increased now to 25000 . he decalred his profit only 7800 after all . is there any problem with income ?
