FLR(M) ext- expecting Uk naric after visa exipiriation

i am worried as my visa is going to expire in next 4 days and i still haven't received my English language assessment from UK NARIC. some of my friends suggests to send the visa application before hand so your application gets under process and then can send the english language assessment certificate. I just wanted to know if that is possible...i dont know what should i do. should i apply or not? will home office accept my application or not? please if any can help.

thanks for replying.....so u suggest to send my visa application and send the uknaric doc when received?? has anyone in your knowledge ever tried it?
