PERMANENT RESIDENCY IN HUNGRAY???

according to Hungarian law

after two years of marriage you can apply for permanent residence card.

we married on 21 Aug 2014
residence card starts from 28 Aug 2016

so when I will be eligible to submit for permanent residence card.

21 Aug 2016 or 28 Jan 2018
