Has Permesso Di Soggiorno expired

My name is xxxxx xxxxxx and i was born in Italy in 1995, My father worked in Italy for more than 20 years. My whole family has permesso di soggiorno and Indian Passports. I last went to Italy in 2011. So i wanted to ask whether i can still go to Italy or is my permesso di soggiorno expired.
