need Help!! go to Ireland with Malaysian spouse & son

I just become a British citizen and been married with my wife for 10 year and a 9years old son. I have been rejected 2 time about the spouse visa apply. Now I planning to move to Ireland with my non Eu spouse and son. Any good advise?
