Fiancee Visa Questions

Post by benermafield » Mon Mar 14, 2016 12:20 pm

Hi!

Me and my fiancee have almost completed our VAF4A form and just have a few points we were unsure about:

1) Regarding Medical Treatment questions on the Visa4UK site:
My fiancee did use the NHS whilst in the UK on a Tier 4 Student Visa, however upon contacting the doctors she attended, they told her she is no longer on their records as it was over 2 years ago. I would still like to answer "yes" to the questions regarding has she had treatment in the UK (it was just medical checks testing whether she had kidney stones, no treatment was actually done) however when I answer yes, it asks for the dates and location of treatment.
The issue is we are unsure of the dates of these visits to the doctors, and were unable to find out when we contacted them ourselves, so what should we do here?

2) Regarding her previous visas to the UK, the website asks for the issuing authority of each of the visas, after phoning the relevant departments, we were unable to get a straight answer, and were told to put down "Beijing, China" as the issuing authority for her Visas to the UK, we were wondering if this would be enough information?

3) Currently my fiancee is running her own business, she however intends to transfer ownership of the business to a colleague, should we then answer her current employment status as "unemployed", and will the fact that she is unemployed be an issue for the application

Thanks!
